These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 777ef ("777ef," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at 777ef.bio (the "Platform"). The creation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name, using different names, different email addresses, or other methods of circumvention, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777ef employs automated detection and manual review processes to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection, duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals held therein may be forfeited.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. 777ef will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials. 777ef operates a strict age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards and applicable regulatory requirements. As part of the KYC process, 777ef may require Players to submit the following documents at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request:

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and four (4) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

All bets placed and games played on the 777ef Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, as displayed within the game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between the general rules set out in these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game or market, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

The outcome of all digital casino games on the 777ef Platform is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG systems used by 777ef have been independently tested and certified by qualified third-party testing organisations. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate, not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

777ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the Player's details.
• A formal request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure for any reason other than voluntary closure requested by the Player, 777ef will conduct a thorough review of the account's transaction history before releasing any remaining real-money balance.
